Last Saturday (11th May), we travelled to Cheddington for a mixed triples match. Out of four rinks, we won one, drew one and lost on the other two. The final score was 52-62 and our winning rink was Lyn Fitch, Dee Sherrock and Andy Loakes.
On Tuesday, we had a Men’s vets game at Potten End. This was our second match of the Season and we went down by 22-39, losing on both rinks.
To complete the week, we returned to Potten End for a Mixed Triples match. We had five rinks on which we won on one rink, drew on another but lost on the other three. The final score was 67-102. Our winning rink was Keith Simons, Margaret Baker and Andy Loakes.
