After our warm-up game last weekend, we opened our Summer Season with a home match against local rivals – Broadway.  The match was evenly contested throughout with the overall lead changing hands on a few occasions before Chess Vale edged home by 69-67.  Each side won on two rinks.  The highest winning rink for the home team was Margaret Harding, Jean Nettleton and Alan Sherrock.
