We opened our home campaign with a very close-fought victory over Broadway. The final score was 66-64 with Chess Vale winning on two rinks, Broadway on one and the other rink ended in a tie.
Highest winning rink for Chess Vale was Margaret Harding, Brian Rogers and Chris Wellsted helped in no small part by a “hotshot” on the thirteenth end!
