We managed to avoid the bad weather for our traditional early season opener between the Captain and President.  The game was played on three rinks.  Although the President’s team came out on top in two out of the three rinks, the Captain’s team won on aggregate thanks to a big win by Dee Sherrock, Margaret Baker, Kevin Jones and Pete West. This was a good warm-up for the coming season and well done to new bowlers Pete and Sue Drewett who were playing in their first match.
