On Tuesday, we entertained Rickmansworth in the Men’s Vets League. The weather did it’s best to spoil the day and, after a torrential downpour we had to call it a day with the score at 22-22.
The Ladies had a home game against Amersham on Friday. This was a match of two triples. The rinks were shared 1-1 but thanks to a large result in our favour on one rink, the final score was Chess Vale 44 Amersham 23. Our winning rink was Sheila Clarke, Freda Holt and Jean Andrews
