For the second year in succession, Chess Vale were selected to represent the Association in the match at Gerrards Cross against last year’s champions.
We are happy to report that our triple – Margaret Harding, Chris Nash and Chris Wellsted were successful in defeating Gerrard Cross by 18-15 – not quite enough to achieve top rink as Bassetbury also won by three shots in their match.
The overall match was won by the home side who were successful on the other four rinks.
